Fletcher did not start a lot of games at Iowa before his Senior Year, but he made his last one count. Bradley had the size and speed to impress many and make himself a 3rd Round selection by the St. Louis Rams in the 2009 NFL Draft. He became a starter in Week 5 of the season and was playing well before he tore his ACL in Week 7 against Indianapolis. He was placed on Injured Reserve after amassing 23 tackles during his rookie season. Fletcher rebounded physically and started all but one game at Right Cornerback for the Rams in the 2010 season. He amassed 75 tackles as well as 4 interceptions. His 4 picks tied for 19th in the NFL. After his season, Fletcher’s teammates voted him the team recipient of the Ed Block Courage Award. He remained a starter for the 2011 season. Unfortunately, in the last practice before their bye week, Fletcher came down awkwardly on his knee and tore his ACL once again. He was placed on Injured Reserve again after only 4 games. His 2011 stats:
Week 1 vs. Philadelphia Eagles: 4 tackles
Week 2 vs. New York Giants: 6 tackles
Week 3 vs. Baltimore Ravens: 6 tackles
Week 4 vs. Washington Redskins: 7 tackles
